2. What we provide

VisRise provides done-for-you AI marketing services for local businesses — including content production, social distribution, local search optimization, review generation, lead capture, and related growth systems. The specific scope of any engagement is defined in the plan we agree with you.

3. Inquiries and proposals

Submitting our intake form or contacting us does not create a binding engagement. We review your details and may send a proposal. A working relationship begins only once both parties agree on scope and terms.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and assets (photos, business details, brand materials) you provide, and for ensuring you have the rights to share them. You agree not to use our Site or services for any unlawful purpose.

5. Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of the business assets you provide. The Site's design, copy, and branding are owned by VisRise. Deliverables produced for you under a paid engagement are governed by the terms of that engagement.

6. No long-term lock-in

Our engagements are results-driven and month-to-month unless otherwise agreed in writing. Either party may end the relationship in line with the notice period stated in your plan.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and services are provided "as is." While we work to deliver strong results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as rankings, traffic, or revenue, as these depend on factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VisRise will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version was last updated in July 2026. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
